Essential Team Leadership
In every workplace, the individuals who consistently contribute to organisational success are ALWAYS those who understand and manage themselves and others using practical EQ skills.
This 2-day EQ Skills programme will focus on the essential dimensions of EQ for individuals, including interpersonal skills, communication skills, stress management, and confidence in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Included in the programme is the Via 24 Character Report. Built on the well-established classification of character strengths in positive psychology, this tool offers a fresh way to understand yourself using the 24 strengths that shape well-being, motivation, and meaning. Everyone possesses all 24 character strengths in different degrees, so each individual has a truly unique character strengths profile. Each character strength falls under one of these six broad virtue categories, which are universal across cultures and countries. Your VIA Character Strengths Report is your guide to applying and maximising your strengths, and is personalised with expert analysis and tips for your unique strengths combination. A 30-minute one-on-one coaching call is made available to all participants after the 2-day programme.
The session will also be facilitated using highly interactive and engaging elements such as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, making the two days of learning fun, engaging, and most importantly, effective. This session will be led by a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.

Using specially designed activities and questions, our certified facilitators will bring you through a 4 step process that unlocks the hidden potential within individuals, while enabling learning to be internalised and applied more effectively.
