The power of teamwork is essential for organisational growth and success. Teams that collaborate and get the job done with a shared understanding, invariably produce better results. Effective teamwork makes everyone a winner.

This two-day learning session will enable team members to interact on two broad themes: teamwork and being there for the team with a positive mindset. The VIA ‘Total 24 Character Strengths Report’ will be referenced throughout the workshop to highlight the key elements of Teamwork in the workplace.

The participants will have adequate learning opportunities to connect, communicate, and collaborate, enabling them to become more effective in supporting each other as a team.

The participants will explore teamwork through interactive activities, making the learning fun, engaging, and relevant to team development in the workplace.

The session will be led by facilitators certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

This learning solution will enable participants to:

Integrate values that capture the essence of Teamwork in their day-to-day activities
Recognise and Appreciate different perspectives within the team
Apply skills and techniques to care for and support each other in the workplace
