Utilising the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) Method is a facilitated process in which participants are led through a series of questions that progressively probe deeper. Each participant builds their own LEGO® model responding to the facilitator’s questions. These 3D models serve as a basis for discussion, knowledge sharing, and decision-making.

By utilising visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic skills, the LSP Method requires participants to learn to listen to one another and provides all participants with a voice in the process. The method is also based on the belief that everyone can contribute to the discussion, decisions, and outcome; the genius is waiting to be unearthed in the room.

Our certified facilitators of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method create a safe and effective environment where participants can reflect, share, and develop actionable plans for improvement and development. They incorporate the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method into their respective areas of expertise to ensure our experiential learning sessions are fun, engaging, and effective.
