Why use the LEGO® Serious Play method?

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) Method is a structured process facilitated by an LSP Certified workshop leader. Participants respond to a series of progressively deeper questions by building their own LEGO® models. These three-dimensional models serve as a foundation for discussion, knowledge sharing, and decision-making.

By utilising visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic skills, the LSP Method requires participants to listen to one another and gives all participants a voice in the process. The method is based on the principle that everyone can contribute to the discussion, decisions, and outcome; the genius is waiting to be unearthed in the room.

Our certified facilitators of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method create a safe and effective environment where participants can reflect, share, and develop actionable plans for improvement and development. They incorporate the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method into their respective areas of expertise to ensure our experiential learning sessions are fun, engaging, and effective.
