To maximise the unfolding of the full human potential within the workplace, we also use the LEGO® Serious Play® Method.

Our personality preference influences the way we manage our work and relationships with other people. With the understanding of self and others through personality assessment, individuals become more effective and efficient, and teams work perform better with fewer conflicts.

As such, our training solutions can incorporate 1 of 5 major profiling tools – each one serving a specific purpose. They comprise MBTI, LEONARD Profile, Workplace Big 5, Basadur Profile, and the Emotional Intelligence Profile.
