The modern workplace is filled with more challenges than ever before. From managing diversity and creating a positive company culture, to handling conflicts and even responding and adapting to emerging technologies, modern day managers and business leaders have a lot to take care of. 

At Centre for Creative Thinking, we’ve designed training courses to help leaders and teams best respond to these challenges. Using an interactive and immersive approach, our training sessions not only engage participants, but also equip them with the necessary tools and mindset needed to deliver on business goals.

Our trainers are certified facilitators on the use of the LEGO® Serious Play® method, and are equipped to move participants away from habitual thinking towards creative & innovative thinking. We have experience covering a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Education, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Automotive, and Government, spanning Asia, Europe, and North America, with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East.


 

TRAINING APPROACH


 

Interactive & Engaging

We engage with learners through individual and group based experiential activities throughout the workshop. Puzzles and activities such as Challenging Assumptions, Broken Square, and Image-Visual Cards are used to enhance the learning experience. In addition to these, we also can incorporate the LEGO® Serious Play® Method into our training. 

These hands-on and interactive activities are designed to help learners contextualise the concepts and management models to their work environment.

Individual Personality Profiling

Our personality preference/type influences the way we manage our work and relationships with other people. Knowing our style and the style of others provide us with an opportunity to improve personal and team effectiveness.

There are 5 main tools we use, each one serving a specific purpose. They comprise of the MBTI, LEONARD Personality Profile, Workplace Big 5, Basadur Profile, and the Emotional Intelligence Profile.
