Creative Problem Solving (CPS)

In today’s business environment, the creativity and innovation mindset can no longer be viewed as the exclusive practice of an elite community of practitioners. To succeed in today's V.U.C.A. (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment, every individual within the organisation must think and act creatively when solving problems. This interactive workshop goes beyond traditional brainstorming by introducing a variety of creativity tools that enhance the ability to explore new perspectives.

Through guided exercises, participants will learn to deconstruct complex problems, identify hidden opportunities, and generate various potential solutions. The programme focuses on broadening your creative problem-solving toolkit, enabling you to tackle issues from multiple perspectives and uncover effective, unique solutions. Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY method®, participants engage in reflective building exercises that help them express challenges and refine their ideas.

The session will be led by facilitators certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

This learning solution will enable participants to:

Integrate the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) process into handling their day-to-day challenges.
Identify relevant tools for creative problem-solving, including divergent and convergent methods, as part of effective problem-solving practices.
Engage storytelling with metaphors to highlight multiple perspectives
Build confidence in using creative problem-solving techniques in real-world scenarios.
