Can You Coach Yourself? We’ve all heard of coaching sessions, often conducted either by a subject-matter expert or someone who is a senior employee in an organization. This individual must also be willing to impart the necessary skills to other employees. In the absence of such opportunities, what if YOU can coach YOURSELF to be a successful person? In this workshop, using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® activities along with appropriate templates, you will embark on a learning journey to coach yourself to meet your goals and fulfill your dreams in easy steps.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Identify the key factors crucial to Coaching Self
Choose the dimensions that contribute significantly to their mental wellness
Articulate the steps for Coaching Self through a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® activity

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY ACTIVITY

An activity to associate and enhance all the lessons learned on Coaching Self.

Methodology

This is a highly interactive workshop. Participants are expected to complete several worksheets to take back and apply immediately after the workshop. Before the workshop ends, each participant will share his/her helpful hints and their follow-plans of action with fellow classmates.
