“If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten” is a phrase we hear often, but how does one try to do things differently? How can we get the management and even the rest of our colleagues to try something new and potentially risk failure?

Design thinking is a structured way to do things differently. By focusing first on understanding people, it aims to deliver real-world results through continuous prototyping and refinement.

The session will be led by facilitators who are LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method certified.

This learning solution will enable participants to learn:

The design thinking framework
Different ways of carrying out ethnography to get insights into diverse perspectives
How to safely and creatively come up with a quantity of fresh ideas and then narrow it down to a quality few viable ones
Different ways to prototype, test and refine to come up with an ideal solution or solutions

Initially designed for internal use at The LEGO Group, this disruptive, innovative learning method creates a safe learning environment for all. Using specially designed activities and questions, our certified facilitators will guide you through a process that unlocks hidden potential while helping you internalise and apply learning more effectively.
