Cancellation Policy for Public Programmes

Please be advised that cancellations are subject to any costs already incurred by Centre for Creative Thinking Pte Ltd (CreativityAsia). This includes medical reasons for cancellation/absence. We do not charge a penalty fee, but will need to recover any costs incurred as a result.

Cancellations made 72 hours or less before a face to face programme will be subject to a charge of $125.00 for each day of the programme. This is to cover the cost of the location (e.g. hotel) the programme is booked at, as they will not accept last minute changes even with a Medical Certificate. Alternatively, the participant can offer a replacement that will take their place in the programme.

If the participant joins a subsequent confirmed course run, any amount previously charged will be waived and subtracted from the full fee even though CreativityAsia would still have paid for some of the costs involved (such as hotel fees).

If a profile has been completed or a physical training kit has been sent, the cost of the materials/profile will be charged accordingly. Please see below for details*
