Getting the most out of one’s workday is critical for personal success. Being productive at an individual level requires learning to plan, prioritise, set, and stay focused on goals. Participants will explore and experience relevant, practical tools and techniques to improve and sustain their performance as part of their Performance Blueprint.

Maximising personal productivity aimed at boosting one’s contribution at work is the theme of this one-day workshop.

This learning session will use experiential learning methodologies that includes the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and will be led by Facilitators who are LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method certified.

This learning solution will enable participants to explore:

Key elements of Performance centric behaviours that will enhance their contributions at work
How to align their personal behaviours and mindset in a manner that supports the organisation’s Mission, Vision & Value
Goal setting and How to Align one’s Behaviour to ADD VALUE when Getting The Job Done

The LEGO® Serious Play® Method

Initially designed for internal use at The LEGO Group, this disruptive and innovative learning method creates a safe learning environment for all. Using specially designed activities and questions, our certified facilitators will guide you through a process that unlocks the hidden potential within individuals while enabling learning to be internalised and applied more effectively.
