This interactive Virtual+Physical team building experience allows intact teams and departments to bond, grow, learn, and establish better connections in their new (remote) working reality. This gives teams a chance to communicate and engage to adapt and design team norms, expectations, and culture that reflects their work environment of today and tomorrow.

After experimenting and talking extensively to clients and newly remote teams and employees, our learning team at CreativityAsia designed the Virtual Team Building Kit 2.0 - a physical kit that we send to each team member that contains LEGO Serious Play bricks, specially designed cards, puzzles, activities, and other materials.

Using this Kit, team members come together virtually with one of our specially trained and certified LEGO Serious Play method facilitators, who will lead the team through a series of fun and engaging activities, combining the virtual environment with a physical experience through the Kit and it’s contents, where they can build and share their LEGO models and more.
