Driving real impact within teams requires leaders to actively support each team member in performing at their best. This two-day workshop is tailored for middle-level managers and team leaders to explore and reflect on how they can confidently guide their teams.
Through engaging, hands-on activities using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method and other well-designed experiential learning exercises, participants will gain fresh insights into their leadership style and discover tools and techniques to improve alignment, trust, and clarity within their teams.
Each participant will complete the VIA Character Strength Survey as a pre-workshop activity. A printed copy of the report will be provided to each participant and referred to throughout the workshop.
The personalised VIA Report can help participants to apply and maximise their strengths. Practicing strengths-based activities builds everyday awareness and fosters a more fulfilling connection to others.
The session will also be facilitated using highly interactive and engaging elements such as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, making the two days of learning fun, engaging, and most importantly, effective. This session will be led by a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
