Essential Team Leadership

To create a meaningful impact within teams, leaders must actively support each member in achieving their best performance. This two-day workshop is designed for middle-level managers and team leaders to explore and reflect on effective strategies for guiding their teams with confidence.
Participants will engage in hands-on activities using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method, along with other well-designed experiential learning exercises. Through these activities, they will gain new insights into their leadership styles and discover tools and techniques to enhance alignment, trust, and clarity within their teams.
Each participant will complete the VIA Character Strength Survey as a pre-workshop activity. A printed copy of the report will be provided to each participant and referred to throughout the workshop.
The personalised VIA Report helps participants recognise and maximise their strengths. Engaging in strengths-based activities promotes daily awareness and fosters a deeper connection with others.
The session will also be facilitated using highly interactive and engaging elements such as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, making the two days of learning fun, engaging, and most importantly, effective. A certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator will lead this session.

The LEGO® Serious Play® Method
Initially designed for internal use at The LEGO Group, this innovative learning method creates a safe environment for all. Using specially designed activities and questions, our certified facilitators will guide you through a 4-step process that unlocks the hidden potential within individuals and enables learning to be internalised and applied more effectively.
