Make Conflict Work: Building Connections to Move Forward
Disagreements are inevitable in the workplace, but conflict escalation is not. When managed poorly, conflict can damage relationships and hinder performance.
This one-day experiential workshop equips participants with practical tools and insights to navigate conflict constructively. Through guided reflections and activities, participants will deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and build skills to confidently engage in difficult conversations. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method will be used throughout the session to drive reflection and discussion.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Explain key concepts related to conflict that influence behaviour
Apply practical techniques to manage emotional responses and communicate effectively during challenging interactions
Analyse conflict situations to identify underlying interests, assumptions, and emotional drivers
Evaluate different approaches to conflict management and their impact on outcomes
Design and implement strategies for handling difficult conversations in the workplace
