You won’t find boring, theory-laden courses here. All our courses feature interactive and collaborative elements that engage participants. We also tailor the learning experience for each client and even for the individual participants. Each course is custom designed to meet the needs of your teams and organisation.

At the core of our training lies two overarching systems: Highly interactive and reflective learning practices such as the LEGO® Serious Play® method, and individual personality profiling (Big Five, LEONARD Profile Inventory, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence Profile, and the Basadur Profile).

Highly Interactive and Reflective Practices

We engage with learners through individual and group based experiential activities throughout the workshop. Puzzles and activities Challenging Assumptions, Broken Square, and Image-Visual Cards will be used to enhance the learning experience. These hands-on and interactive activities are designed to help learners contextualise the concepts and management models to their work environment. 

In addition to the above, we also can incorporate the LEGO® Serious Play® Method (commonly abbreviated as ‘LSP’) into our training. It was developed as a more imaginative way of developing the company’s strategic direction and was designed to unfold the human potential in the workplace.

Individual Personality Profiling

Our personality preference/type influences the way we manage our work and relationships with other people. Being aware of our style makes it possible to stop and reflect our actions before making the choice. Knowing our style and the style of others provide us with an opportunity to improve the personal and team effectiveness. With the understanding of self and others through personality assessment, one becomes more effective and efficient in the work environment.

There are 5 main tools we use, each one serving a specific purpose. They comprise of MBTI, LEONARD Profile, Workplace Big 5, Basadur Profile, and the Emotional Intelligence Profile.
