What is EQ? A workshop using The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method

EQ skills can be grouped into two categories – Personal Skills and Social Skills. Essentially, it is about how we manage ourselves and our relationships with others.

In every workplace, individuals who consistently contribute to organisational success over the long run are those who understand and manage themselves and others using practical emotional intelligence (EQ) skills.

Each program includes the Workplace Big 5 Assessment prior to the live workshop. After the assessment, participants engage in an interactive, hands-on, and reflective workshop led by our certified facilitators. During this workshop, we utilise tools such as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to introduce and develop emotional intelligence (EQ) competencies.

After the workshop, participants can further enhance and sustain an emotionally intelligent approach to their work using the resources shared during the workshop.
