Explore the courses that ignite innovation and impart creative skills

The State of Create Study, a research initiated by Adobe® found 8 in 10 people feel that unfolding the power of creativity is essential to economic growth. Unfortunately, only about 20 percent of them felt that they are living up to their creative potential. Organisations now recognise the need to enable and encourage their employees to think creatively at work.

Being creative is no longer seen as the exclusive practice of an elite community of practitioners. To succeed in the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous environment every employee needs to think and act creatively at work. Almost 60% of the C-suite senior managers polled by IBM state creativity as one of the most desired leadership quality.

Our training workshop facilitated using a range of interactive learning opportunities, including the LEGO® Serious Play® approach. We also integrate other hands-on moments that will stretch the participants to view and experience creativity skills from a new perspective.

We let the employees complete the online Basadur Creative Problem Solving Profile (CPSP) Inventory prior to our training session to make the learning remain focused and relevant. The inventory measures a person’s blend of preferences for the creative thinking process. A certified facilitator will administer and interpret the score.
