The LEONARD Personality Inventory (LPI)

The LPI can be used to determine the exact personality profile of the individual. Based on the personality profile obtained, the individual is given suggestions and recommendations for managing his/her well-being in key aspects of the life canvas.

What you know is only one part of the equation when it comes to coping with the challenges in the workplace. In the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous (VUCA) environment, one need to be ever ready to build trust with a diverse group in order to sustain performance at the workplace. It is how one interacts with people and how one manages the whole process of developing and sustaining the interpersonal relationship that decides one’s success in life – work as well as non-work aspects of one’s life.

This training will focus on the essential key dimensions such as interpersonal skills, managing anxiety & anger, communication skills, coping with stress and managing both internal and external customers with confidence based on EQ competency.

The 2 days of training will integrate the learning experience that is based on Emotional Intelligence so that the participants are able to take advantage of the power of relationship and trust in the workplace.

All participants will complete the online LEONARD Profile Inventory (LPI) prior to training. Each participant will receive a personalised report on Day 1 and we will use the report throughout the 2 days of training.

The LPI will help individuals to:

    • Gain self-awareness regarding their preferred behaviours
    • Develop strategies to remove emotional blind spots
    • Understand others’ behaviours and motivations
    • Appreciate others better
    • Develop better teamwork with others


The 2 days of learning is designed to enable participants to:

  • Manage the VUCA work environment using the relevant techniques and tools
  • Understand the importance and benefits of Emotional Intelligence in managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Learn how to apply Emotional Intelligence in the work environment to build more effective relationships to achieve better work outcomes
  • Create a personal Emotional Intelligence development strategy based on one’s Emotional Intelligence profile
  • Understand how emotions and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) elements affect interpersonal relation situations, and staff morale & turnover
  • Cope and manage anxiety, anger and stress environment they face in the workplace
  • Apply EQ based tools to enhance stakeholders performance
  • Manage communication in the workplace, integrating the dimensions of EQ for better interpersonal relationship and stakeholders satisfaction
